Tonight, the injury riddled Penguins pay a visit to the old barn in Hempstead to take on John Tavares and our struggling Islanders.
The goalie matchup tonight features Tomas Vokoun for the Penguins and Evgeni Nabokov for the Islanders.
The Islanders defense will get a little bigger tonight as Joe Finley will be returning to the lineup tonight in place of Thomas Hickey. The rest of our lineup will be the same as it was last night.
However, the Penguins will be without two key players in Evgeni Malkin and Kris Letang. The Penguins called up former Islander Trevor Smith from the AHL because of the openings injuries have created in their lineup. Smith had 18 goals and 23 assists thus far this season in the AHL.

Also, tonight fans are planning to finally voice their displeasure with the way owner Charles B. Wang runs this team. With 10 minutes and 4 minutes left in each period fans are going to chant Wang Must Go.
Also with 15 minutes left in each period fans are going to chant fire Cappy.
